En résumé, la femme de Lou Scheimer est morte le 19 février. Elle doublait dans nombreuses séries Filmation, comme la mère de Fat ALbert, la Reine Marlena dans MOTU etc. Les 2 étaient mariés pendant 56 ans.Jay Scheimer passed away late last night at the Tarzana Medical Center.
Jay Scheimer played many voices in Filmation cartoons, including at times Fat Albert's mother and Queen Marlena in He-Man. Additionally, she was Lou's wife for 56 years. The two met while Lou was at Carnegie Tech, and he told her on the first night they met that he was going to marry her. Three-and-a-half years later, they were married on December 20, 1953. They moved to California in 1955, and Lou started working in animation shortly thereafter. Jay has been by his side ever since, until today.
The Scheimer family respectfully asks that in lieu of flowers, etc, that any donations in honor of Jay be made to the National Parkinson Foundation.
