please help me to find name of two animation : animated television series from 70s
The animation of these films was done in real time (rather than by the stop-frame animation method) using an ingenious system of cut-out characters and boats, moved by hidden cardboard levers

Joupy has many moon and many magic balloons on his head . she give boy many magic balloons because he could be very small and he can fly with them in the midnights
